- press 2 for: $.10/minute to have customer service representative without accent
9 of 10 times I rather pay ...because most of the times the product/service is frustrating enough that I need to call customer service, and most of the time too i feel like stabbing the customer service representative because they are very incomprehensible. Customer Service should be able to deal and learn to understand people with different accents, not the other way around. |
